In 1620, the Mayflower docked in what was to become Plimoth, Massachusetts with 102 passengers on board, hardy folk who had survived the journey across the Atlantic.
Nearly 400 years later, navigating and surviving those same waters, some of the world’s finest oysters grow. The extreme tidal nature of the area give the oysters a sun-bleached look, and a distinct flavor. We imagine those settlers were one-of-a-kind: hardy, bright, and a little bit salty. So are our oysters.
