Our oysters

Raised by the tide

Plymouth Bay is the perfect beach to grow up on, if you’re an oyster.

With some of the largest tides on the East Coast, our oysters spend part of each day sunbathing on the sandbar and part beneath the water. That daily rhythm gives Plimoth 102s their distinctive bright white shells, beautifully shaped cups and clean, briny flavor.

Who are the 102?

Hardy, bright and
a little bit salty

In 1620, the Mayflower arrived in Plymouth with 102 passengers aboard. More than 400 years later, we raise oysters in those same waters.

Childhood best friends, Ryan and Ethan spent years chasing tuna, hauling lobster traps and entering fishing tournaments they freely admit they never won. Plimoth 102s finally gave them a legitimate reason to spend more time on the water.
